Keeping all problems aside like battery, ram, processor, and performance in smartphones. A very big problem existed from the birth of this beautiful smartphone era. And that’s the storage problem, I’m too facing this problem since my first Android phone which was Micromax Unite 2

I purchased that phone in 2014 when I graduated from my 10th standard. Everything was going well. But after several months, I start facing problems like can’t install new games, can’t download new songs, can’t download videos, and performance was also declining.

And there was only one reason behind these irritating stuff, and that was the low storage problem. I know nowadays phones are coming with heavy storage capacities like 256GB or 128GB. But for many people, this storage also isn’t enough.

So that’s why I’ve curated this list of how to use less storage in your Android Smartphone.

1. Download Low MB Games

This tip is for those who love to play games a lot on their smartphone. And I’m also one of those that’s why I’ve downloaded some best 1 MB games for android. And these types of games will definitely help you, save your android’s storage.

So it’s an essential tip for all those people who love to play games a lot. And I’ve added this tip on the first spot because there are a lot of mobile gamers out there who love to play games in 10 MB storage.

2. Use Lite Versions of Apps

Not all apps have their lite versions available on the play store. But many of them do offer lite versions like Twitter, Facebook, Messenger, and Maps. You can download lite versions of all the essential apps you need for yourself. And after downloading these apps you’ll definitely notice some free storage on your smartphone.

I also use lite versions of many apps because I do care a lot for my phone’s storage. And if your not sure what apps are offering lite versions. Please check out this list here.

3. Clear Cache of Not Very Important Apps

Clearing cache is a panacea for many android devices. Because many apps download a lot of files without your permission in the background. And because of that, your phone’s storage starts filling up slowly-slowly.

So always try to clear the cache of all those apps, which you don’t use usually. I also, clear the cache of some apps to decrease the risk of storage full problem.

4. Uninstall Unnecessary Default Apps

Whenever you’ll purchase a new phone one thing always comes up with it. And that is unnecessary Default Apps, so delete those apps to secure your phone’s storage easily. I know many default apps can’t be uninstalled but many of them you can easily uninstall.

So don’t wait to delete all those unused apps from your android phone. Also, if you want to delete all those default apps that you’re not able to delete right now. Then click here to learn how to delete those apps as well.
